MAXXGASKET.0 takes the pain out of fitting your Maxxair Maxxfan Deluxe, giving you an ultra-neat, watertight finish.

By avoiding heavy layers of butyl tape, MAXXGASKET.0 makes for a happier fitting experience and saves you time, leaving you free to work on other aspects of your build!

Accurately machined to fit the contours of your van in both 356mm and 400mm fan sizes, we have adaptors for both the front and rear of your van.

Van not listed? Don’t worry, simply order our “blank” gasket kit and shape to your van. The gaskets are made from HDPE plastic and are easy to cut with a dremel tool or similar.

What makes MAXXGASKET.0 different?

Material

MAXXGASKET.0 is manufactured from High Density Poly Ethylene (HDPE) which is weather resistant and suitable for use outdoors.

Other adaptors, particularly those available in the USA use PVC foam. When machined to shape, this material develops a rough, porous surface making it possible for mould and moss to attach.

Fixings

The original Maxxfan kit supplies screws that fix all the way through from the top face to inside your van.

With MAXXGASKET.0 you get better protection against water ingress.

First the adaptor bolts securely to the van. Secondly the original fan mounts directly to the gasket using offset screw holes.

• Stainless steel bolts required to fix the gasket to the van
